The problem
Brands and analysts want to understand a conversation, but raw social data is overwhelming — high volume, low structure, easy to misread.
What we built
An analytics stack combining NLP topic extraction, sentiment analysis, and social network analysis to map who is talking, about what, and how they feel — with a RAG-powered chatbot to dig deeper into the data.
Results
SociaLabs was selected to represent at APICTA 2024 in Brunei — recognition that the approach held up against strong regional competition.
