We built Agrimate because farming shouldn't require guesswork.

The problem

Smallholder farmers lose crops to diseases they can't identify in time, and they rarely have a specialist on call. The information gap costs real yield.

What we built

Point your phone at a plant and get an instant disease diagnosis from an on-device CNN. Agrimate also helps with smart watering schedules, price predictions, funding applications, and connecting farmers with buyers.

Results

The disease classifier reached 95% accuracy in the field, and the project was recognised internationally — a nice signal that the tech was actually helping real people.
